Before you write
Bug reports are easier to fix when they include:
- What you were doing in the app when it happened.
- What you expected versus what actually happened.
- iOS version and device model (Settings → General → About).
- Passport Pilot version (Settings → About).
The support code lets us match your message to the install, but tells us nothing else about you. There is no account.
