Before you write

Bug reports are easier to fix when they include:

  • What you were doing in the app when it happened.
  • What you expected versus what actually happened.
  • iOS version and device model (Settings → General → About).
  • Passport Pilot version (Settings → About).

The support code lets us match your message to the install, but tells us nothing else about you. There is no account.
